I just realized I've been charged twice for my Spotify account, through both my Apple ID and my debit card. This has happened for the last three months, apparently. I just checked my Spotify account and nothing seems out of the ordinary. My account name is XXXXXXX

Support takes 24-48 hours to reply to you if they have not replied to you by tomorrow you can ask me here and i will escalate the issue for you 🙂
