Hey @superped, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'll be happy to help.

Could you let me if you see both charges on your Receipts page? If not, let me know which charge you see?

Keep me posted.

Hey @superped,

Just jumping in to join @Billy-J and suggest you to follow the steps you'll find here under Do you have more than one Premium account? to see whether you can spot and act on the source of this unexpected charge.

Hope you'll find this useful. Let us know how you get on!

These are the two receipts in in two different cards but paying for the
same premium account.

Hey there @superped,

Thanks for clarifying!

The second price you're paying looks like the price that applies to users who have subscribed for Spotify through iTunes. If that's the case, we advise you to check this article out for more info.

If you're been charged for the same account and want to know how refunds work, go here and follow the steps.

Thank you very much for your answer. That clarified a lot yet I need to if I will get refunded for the money I was charged twice for the last few months. Last apple payment was charged on October 8th.

Hey @superped,

Glad to hear things got clarified a bit.

First, you should make sure you no longer have a subscription through iTunes.

After that, when you reach out to support, they will take a look backstage and let you know what could be done in this case.

Have a good day!
