Hi,
I just checked my credit card statements and I have been charged for Spotify Premium twice in Nov and twice in Dec, and already once in Jan and now trying to charge me again.

Can I please get a refund for this double-charging and ensure it does not keep happening in future?

I'm sure we can help figure out what's happened here. 

 

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and checking your username and other info.

 

If it was on a different day, and you are absolutely sure you don't have a second Premium account, I suggest you get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.
