Charged twice when I updated my credit card

Charged twice when I updated my credit card

I updated my credit card a week into a billing cycle and got charged the full amount on the new card but no refund in the old one. Is that normal.

Did you receive 2 months of Premium? or were you charged once but only received the one month? For billing problems, you probably want to contact Spotify directly here
