I need to be refunded back you guys charged me twice $12.99 and. $9.99 this is very frustrating that you cannot speak to someone over the phone please answer this post I love this app but this sucks

I also did get chaged twice one on Apple ID and the other on your end I need the refund and this is not the first complain who should I contact

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'm sure we can help figure out what's happened here. 

 

First of all, did those payments come out of your account on the same day? If so you probably just hit the upgrade button more than once (and both payments were credited to your account). You can double check this by going to your Subscription Page and confirming your next payment date is more than 1 month away.
