Charged twice

Charged twice

I got a new facebook and now I can't access my old Spotify which is still charging me for my subscription. So I'm getting charged twice because I have a new Spotify. Help me get rid of the old one so I'm not being charged double.

Don't worry, getting in touch with a member of the Spotify staff can help with this, as well as transfer your music from your old to your new account! You can reach them on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply!

 

Keep in mind to add all relevant info so they know which accounts you need help with 🙂

Support usually gets back within a day or two.

How do I get ahold of them or call?
