Charged twice

Charged twice

Hi,

I used to have a student account that should have ended in the summer 2017. I thought that subscription ended and wasn't renewed.

I then hopped on a promotion I received for 3 months at something like $3 which was charged in November. It expires 2/22/18.

Then I noticed that I've been charge $10.59 monthly since September. I cannot find another account associated with any email I have. The $10.59 and $3 are also charged on the same card which I just opened in August.

Please stop charging me $10.59 each month. How can I stop this?

Hi,

If you go to https://www.spotify.com and sign in then click on "Profile" in the top right-hand corner. Then click on "account" and scroll down to "subscription" there should be an option to cancel your subscription(s)

Hope that helps,

Zach

Hi Zach

When I go to my account, I only see the subscription for the promotional price. I don't see the subscription for the $10.59.

Hi,

It is possible that you accidentally created a different account when creating the new subscription and that you still own another student account which is being charged.

If this is not the case you can fill out a form at https://support.spotify.com/us/contact-spotify-support/ By selecting from the first drop-down "paying for Spotify" then from the second drop-down select "I cancelled my account but was still charged".  In the text box explain your situation and the support team will then reply back as soon as possible.

How do I find out how many accounts I have? Can you search by my first and last name? Or by the charge of my credit card number?
