Hi,

 

I just found out that I have paid twice a month for my Spotify Premium for at least one year now. 

This is a total rip off!

I expect you to solve this case as soon as possible.

I have checked these things already. I only have one mail account, and I am not signed in with Facebook. So there must be another explanation to this.

If you made sure you don't have an additional account, I'd recommend you reach out to Spotify for more help with this. They'll be able to take a look backstage and hopefully solve this as soon as possible. You can learn how to contact them here.
