Can you quickly do this for me please:
1. Log into spotify.com
2. Click 'SUBSCRPTION'
If it says your premium renewal is for two months time, you've simply pressed the upgrade button twice and you've played for two months in advance.
In regards to not getting premium, check this out.

You're probably going to need to contact support about that.
You can't always get help from the Spotify help page or community, and Spotify knows that.
