Hello, 

 

I have been charged for Spotify premium each month when I have never had access to the premium! I signed up to a 3 month free trial and then when this ran out my Spotify would not let me continue as usual, despite, taking money out of my account each month. I am currently on maternity leave and I cannot afford any more payments at the moment with a new born baby. I would like you to backdate all payments as Spotify has never let me have access to the premium since the free trial; surely you should have record that I have never used the service! This is unfair to take the money under O2 as I rang up O2 to complain, but of course, they told me to contact you.

 

As you can see from the attached screenshots I do not have access to the premium feature so please pay back what you have taken.

If you are sure that you've been charged, but you are not getting Premium, then you most probably have more than one account. Use this article as it will help you to find any additional account 🙂
