I charged one week ago for the premium pack despite the fact that i'm on the free trial for the student's premium

Unfortunately this article was not helpful and each of these steps couldn't find me a solution. I had also checked whether i created another account to spotify by mistake but nothing, there is only one. I'm very dissapointed and i'm thinking of canceling my subscription.

Thanks for the reply!

Please make sure that under 'Didn't sign up for Premium?' section, that you

check if your family or friends haven’t subscribed with your payment info. If they have, they should immediately cancel (or change their payment method) and reimburse you. 

 

If you can’t access an account, get in touch here by choosing Subscription > Other > I STILL NEED HELP.

I had two accounts in my credit card. One of them is my brother's so problem is solved. Thanks anyway.
