Charged wrong amount

I signed up for the spotify premium free trial back in October, enjoyed it, but did not renew the subscription. In November, I no longer had the premium features and I figured that my fiance had unsubscribed for me. A few days before the new year, I subscribed to spotify premium for 0.99 cents for 3 months and I was charged. I was looking over my bank statements and I see that spotify charged me $10.71 in November, December, and January and let me subscribe to premium for 99 cents at the end of the year.

I want my $32.13 refunded since I did not have the premium features that I was being charged for.

Users who had Premium before do not qualify for the introductory offer.
