Charges from Spotify to my bank account

The last two days Spotify has reserved almost 2000 norwegian kroner on my visa account and I would really like to know what the hell is going on. This is a lot of money and these charges have pretty much **bleep**ed up my weekend completely because my bank account is now almost empty.

I pay 99 kroner pr month for my subscription. This must mean I have paid for almost 2 years of Spotify use in two days.

I demand a refund of these charges immediately along with an explanation for what the hell is going on.
