Charges

Im being charged every month for spotify when im not even getting premium, my accoutn when i go to my music is still basic. how can i stop the charges every month!!

Hi there!

Have you registered more than one account? Either that, or someone has been using your card for payment. 

Go check your account settings at https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ There you'll see, under Subscription, what kind of subscription you have. And it's also easy there you can cancel it. Be sure to go to Receipts as well, there you will see which username has been given the Premium account. Hope this helps!
