Charging me to much

Charging me to much

I was in Australia in March of 2016. My spotify would not let me login. I had lost one of my CC in Australia and thought perhaps it was the one that was being Debited by Spotify, so i set up a new account. I live here in Texas, but you are now charging me 16.00 per month.  Is this becuase you think that i am in Australia. I wish sometimes but i live in Texas.  Help?

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for one of them in your email account. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

If you're getting charged more than you should, it probably means you're paying more than one account. Checking your receipts in your Account Settings is a way to confirm that.

If you bring up your account, it will show you what your next payment it, then it has an option to bring up details for that. Then it should at a minimum tell you what you are paying for, broken down. Mine shows only Premium, so its $9.99.

Just thought about it, make sure you are not paying for Family option, i think that is $14.99 so thats close to what you are paying.
