Charging of unlimited plan from Paypal incorrectly reported as failing

Charging of unlimited plan from Paypal incorrectly reported as failing

I have  "Spotify Unlimited" plan charging to my Paypal account.

 

My spotify players report that charging to Paypal is failing.

 

I see no reason for that as all is good with Paypal and credit card info.

 

Also, I do see a see a charge to Spotify stated as "pre-approved"

 

So, why is spotify reporting the charge as failing, how do I get to know why ? or what is failing ?

 

Why should I run the risk of loosing this plan due to a failure not of my responsability?

Hey there @shamaho and welcome to the community!

 

This sounds like it needs a member of the Spotify staff taking a look backstage for you. You can get in touch with them by sending a tweet or DM their way at their Twitter handle @SpotifyCares or you can use the contact form. Keep in mind that if you use the form, you will receive an automated email directing you back to the help pages to which you'll need to reply to, even if it's a no-reply!

 

Support gets back within 24-48 hours.
