Chase Sapphire Not Working....AGAIN

Chase Sapphire Not Working....AGAIN

I know this has been an issue, but it has once again appeared. I received an email that my premium status was on hold because of a payment issue (which I simply have set to autopay from my Sapphire card). Tried to go in and re-enter my credit card info, and I keep getting the error:

 

Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.

 

I've reached out to Chase, and they aren't aware of any issues on their end. I'm really get sick and tired of this. Anyone else having the same problems?

Same here. Tried using two different accounts from different banks and still having the same issue, so it's not strictly related to just chase sapphire.

Just wanted to chime in, I'm having the same issues. I reached out to SpotifyCare on Twitter and doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I really don't want to switch providers, but if I can't use my Chase Sapphire card with Spotify I'll just switch. Has anyone had any luck with using the Chase Sapphire on Spotify?

Never found a solution. Ended up moving to Google Play Music when they
released their family pricing. 😕
