Chromecast refund

Hi I have just upgraded for the free chromecast and thought I'd be charged 9.99 per month for 3 months but on the email afterward it states it has taken out 29.97. I have quickly cancelled my subscription as I was more interested in just getting the chromecast. How can I get a refund on this? I have spoken to the bank and they have given me the authorisation code for the transaction. Thanks for your help people 🙂
