Claiming free speaker

I changed my account to the premium family account. I tried to claim the free google speaker, and all it says is you can’t redeem this.

Can anyone help?

This promotion is only available in the UK. If your not in the UK, that's the problem.

As above, this promotion is only for UK customers, so if u're not livin there, u can't claim ur speaker.
