Cleared data due to a bug

Hi guys! I had a huge bug on my Android phone - every time I tried to play a song (no matter if downloaded or on stream), it kept pausing after few seconds. I tried to clear the cache, update the app and what not.
At the end I decided to remove all downloaded data. From the phone settings I cleared all data from the app. I thought it is not going to influence my inside data.
Unfortunately that resulted in ALL my songs GONE. My playlists are there but I had pretty more data in my Songs menu.
So... Two important questions:
1. Please, restore my account data. I am sure you have backup of the Songs. Can you please help?
2. How to fix the initial bug? With the constant pause...
