Client service artist not replying

Hello

 
I have already reached to Spotify but no reaction . 
How much time does it normally takes?
 
 
So I have few problems 
I have released today my first single 
Amari ft IOVA ‘ hands all over mine ‘ 
When it was online I wanted to claim my artist profile.
 
I found this
 
It has my cover picture of my single.
But their is another single that is not mine that is on that profile 
‘ time to wonder’
Still I asked to claim it but then that single needs to go.
 
Second problem is that my own single that supposed to be there is linked to another artist :/.
 
 
 
I only have 1 single .
That what is linked to wrong artist.
Do I need to claim another artist page? 
Will you then link my song to that page.
Please help me out with this.
 
It need to be fixed ASAP. 
I need correct URL for my artist page
With my first and only single . ( 2 links above) 
Because the profile I claimed has already a wrong song on it.
But I do find it strange that it has the picture of my single.
At this moment I have NO artist profile approval and my single is linked to wrong artist .
 
Please help

Normally we send artists who are experiencing issues with their profile to Spotify for Artists support team.

Just to make sure, have you reach out using this contact page ?

 

If you did, also make sure to reply to any automated mail you get (should speed things up) and i'm sure help is on the way.

It is solved.

 

well it took a while.

10 days to solve everything

but in the end it went quick.

so my advise is patience 🙂 everything will be ok.

just be correct with your links contact Spotify artist . In the end everything will come ok.

Yes I did 5 days ago 😞

and yesterday again with kindly reminder.

I hope they soon help.

it is now linked to new artist URL

they said log in with your personal account to Spotify artist we already granted acces.

i did that but then I needed to claim that profile .. 

I hope I don’t need to wait again 5 days in order that that will be ok...  they said you have acces but that I not true. So only part of this issue is solved. I keep you posted when solved.  But I hope soon. 5 days is enough waiting

I was to quickly with reply that is was ok.

 

now issue is

 

my song is on desktop listeners linked to this artist

spotify:artist:3S2wtMl1daoHfx1HrWBSP2

 

they approved artist spotify for this artist

my song I can follow there.

 

but on that Aritist in Spotify desktop you don’t find my songs.

so I also claimed the first one I talked about .

 

but I don’t get it how they can link my song to artist profile but in desktop Spotify it appears on another artist.

very strange.. I hope it is fixed tomorrow because the it really not fun to have.

also my live count is 5600 streams while profile say 1900 streams on song .

how come that.

 

so 2 issues :(. Still not solved

While this is a matter that the Spotify for Artists Customer Support team will need to look into, we'll be glad to hear back from you once you've been able to resolve it.

 

That way, other users in the Community who are facing the same issue will hopefully be able to resolve it more quickly in future.
