Close account

I have another account with a premium subscription . So I tried to delete the previous trial account . I've filled in the contact form , even succeeded to go to this link https://support.spotify.com/us/close/ and it said to wait for an email that confirms that my account has been deleted . However , every single **bleep**ing time , after I refresh my email , the new email spotify sends me does not confirm my account deletion . It redirects me to the contact form .

This doesn't sound right. If the that email you received is a no-reply, can you please reply to it?
