Close current account (facebook) and transfer to new account

My Question or Issue

 I am a member of a household premium account (not the main owner). My account was originally, unfortunately, created through facebook. I'd like to completely disconnect ties to facebook but still use my same email address. Some questions I have:

• What is the process for doing this while maintaining all of my account history (many many years of great listening data and suggestions)?
• From what I can gather, I must create a new account, but I can't create a new account until I close my current account completely (so that I can re-use the same email)? What is the process for this and how can I achieve this with minimal downtime?
• If the process is significantly easier by using a new email, I can do that, but how do I go about transferring all data?
• Can others offer any feedback on this process?
  • Does it always work?
  • Did you notice any differences in your new account?
  • Will being part of a household subscription affect the outcome?
