Close my Daughter's Account

My daughter has a Spotify Premium Account. She died 2 weeks ago, and we do not have passwords to access her computer nor her mobile phone. Her bank account is frozen - so Account Payments will not be made when the Direct Debit comes through.

As you can imagine, we would like to formally close her account, cancel her subscription, and delete all her data.

Can anybody tell us how to go about this?

Please, check out this support article and use the contact form to customer support linked there, choose Account > I want to close my account. 

Someone form the team will be able to provide further help with closing the account.
