Closed facebook = closed playlist

I have closed my facebook and then loggede in on spotify with an other account. Since my facebook is closed, my playlist is closed/gone too. Is it possible to open the fb accounts playlist so I can follow from my new account while still having my facebook closed?

I can't say it will work but try reach out to Spotify support as mentioned here:

They may be able to transfer the playlists.
