Closing Spotify Premium Trial Account

Hello,

A few weeks ago I have created a Spotify account in order to try Spotify Premium for free. I have also created a dummy e-mail account and a Facebook account with the same password because I do not want to associate my current e-mail address with Facebook.

Now I would like to end my trial period but I can not remember the password for the accounts I have created. Reset Password option on your website redirects me to my Facebook account which I can not access either.

What should I do in order to close my trial Spotify account or delete my credit card information related to that account?
