Closing account

Closing account

Hello,

Today my 3-month deal ended, which caused a new payment for 9,99. Which is okay.
After I'd receive a message from my bank which said the payment was done. I checked Spotify Account and it said my account ended at 01-04-2017; due to the new payment. So I'd decided to close the subscripition and cancelled my Premium, still thinking my Premium will end at 01-04-2017 cause I had just payed for that.

But after I'd close the Premium, all Premium functions were gone. This is not part of the deal, I payed 9.99 euros for an account untill 01-04-2017.

How is this possible?

So there are two options:

- Spotify puts my Premium account on active untill 01-04-2017 and it's all good

- Spotify returns my money as we speak

Hey @jamezz1,

That’s odd. It sounds like you may have two accounts. Just to check, were you logging in with the same username, and password both times?

If you’re still not seeing Premium after logging out/in, i’d recommend reaching out to Support. They’ll be able to take a closer look at exactly what’s happening. You can reach them one of the below ways:

Contact form: https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/?contact
Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/SpotifyCares/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/spotifycares

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

I only have 1  account, which is linked to my facebook account.

In this case, Support should be able to lend a hand. Don’t worry, just give them a shout using one of the links in my above post. I’ll be here if you have any other questions 🙂
