Closing another account with the same username

Hi there,

A couple weeks ago I decided to start fresh with a new Spotify account so I created this account using the same username as before. However when I tried to close the old account by going to the close account section, every time I would press close account it would just take me straight back to the beginning and not close my account. Could an admin please help me close my other duplicate account that would be great thanks.

Hey @Jordanpeng, and welcome to the community.

Hope you're doing great! 

Please make sure that you're on the Free version of Spotify on the old account. Even if you cancel your subscription - you still remain on Premium until your billing date - and then you'll be reverted to free.
