My Question or Issue
Hey guys, I recently tried to close my account and after I followed the steps listed on the support site I was supposed to receive a mail to make sure that I want to close my account but the message never came no matter how many times I tried. It wasn't in the spam filter either. I also changed my passwor to see if I am able to get mails from spotify which I can. Does anyone have an idea or can help me?

Thanks for the post.
Ill recommend trying a different browser or waiting 24 hours.
This did happen to me once on my old account but after 24 hours I was fine.

Hey Dave, thanks for your help! I already tried with another browser but without success. I tried to close it again and again during the last weeks so I waited way more than 24 hours. I really have no idea why it doesn't work...

Can you confirm if you followed the steps here correctly under Don’t have Premium?
We also suggest that you try to close your account from an incognito/private window.
