Hola estoy recibiendo un cargo indebido por el uso de sus servicios en mi tarjeta de crédito. por favor un correo electronico de las oficinas para aclarar el cobro indebido que me hicieron de forma arbitraria y abusiva por parte de uds

Me estan cobrando una cuenta que no tengo y por lo visto por la comunidad le suele suceder a muchas gente, es vergonzoso que una empresa como esta tenga este tipo de indidencias, ademas de que es imposible contactar con nadie, un chat algo...... Espero que tramiten rapido mi queja y sobretodo me devuelvan mi dinero

Buenas tardes, se me acaba de hacer, hoy 24/04/2017, un cobro doble a mi tarjeta de crédito por parte de Spotify de 1118 pesos mexicanos. Yo tengo casi 2 años que no uso mi cuenta de Spotify y además es una cuenta FREE.
¿Dónde puedo hacer el reclamo?
les pido que me apoyen a la brevedad para resolver esta incomoda situación.

Me hicieron el mismo recobró a mi cuenta de crédito por $1,188.00 quiero saber cuál es la solución y devolución de este cargo que no he hecho y aceptado.
Se me realizaron 3 cobros de 1188 dos del duia 25 y uno del 26 solcitando el reembolso del mismo si no les he proporcionado mi tdc
