I swapped my vodafone cherry points for 3 months free spotify and the code I got says it's not valid when I try to redeem it

You need to contact the company that you recived the code from, in this case that would be Vodafone. 

 

At the same time I would try to go through Spotify support to see if they can help you out at all. 

 

You can get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this. Be sure to include your code in the emails, to speed up response time.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
