Collocation issue with Amazon Family

Hello,

As a collocation with friends, we have created a Spotify Family account, however, this is the second time that we are kicked off the program because Spotify was unable to check the address.

How could we solve this issue and keep our Spotify Family accounts live?

This special discount (Premium for Family) is only for members of the same family, who must all live at the same address. This means that you cannot use it with your friends.

However, I do not get how Spotify can notice whether people are from the same family or not as we are not to share the same family name to be part of the same family...
