Combining multiple accounts to family plan

Hi everyone, my son has his own Spotify account and I have my own Spotify account and we would like to sign up for the Family Plan. It would save us money and my wife and other son would be able to have their own accounts as well. My question is how do I sign up for the Family Plan and not lose my account (songs/playlists) or my sons? Do they automatically assimilate into the Family Plan when I register?

Hello! If you switch to the family plan every family member (up to 5 members) can listen each on their own account. Your accounts will stay the same, all of your music will be assimilated when you register. You will invite you sons and wife to join the family account through email (the one they have thier account set up on) and once they confirm the email you're set! It is essentially exactly the same user experience as premium except for the cost.
