Commercials although Premium Family member

One of the members of my Premium Family account still gets commercials. When I log in to my spotify account, everything seems to be ok for this member and he is on "active". What is the reason for that?

That’s odd. Don’t worry, i’ll do my best to help!

Just to check, are they logging in with the same username you’ve added to the Premium for Family plan?

Also, does their account show Premium when they log in here?
