¿Como obtengo CFDI del servicio?

Deseo obtener el Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI)  valido ante el SAT en México, de cada uno de los pagos que he realizado por la renta del servicio de spotify.

Where applicable, the price for Premium includes VAT (value added tax).

You can always see the details of what you’re being charged by checking out your receipts:

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Click Receipts in the menu on the left.
3. Click VIEW.

Intenté obtener los CFDI a través del correo de soporte, después de haberlo solicitado hasta 4 veces por el chat. Lo único que hicieron fue reenviar los recibos (lo mismo que hicieron anteriormente por el chat) y alegan que no pueden generar los CFDI. Desafortunadamente no están cumpliendo con la ley, porque al estar registrados en el SAT desde el año 2021, deberían estar obligados a expedir un CFDI si un cliente se los solicita. En este caso solo queda presentar la denuncia por el buzón fiscal con el RFC SAB060412Q81.

Lo mismo me ocurrió con Zoom. Ellos dicen que las empresas extrajeras están obligadas a rentener el impuesto pero no están facultados para emitir recibos fiscales porque son extranjeros prestando un servicio desde su país al nuestro. Las legislaciones cambian de país a país.

I totally understand, but in this case I need de CFDI for SAT in México, I understand It's for personal use, but its also a tool that I use to work... how can I get a CFDI from spotify in 2024?

You can check the charges related to your payments directly on your account page. Just head over to the account page here > Payment > click Order history to view the receipts > More details.

Should you not find the details you're looking for related to the payment, after checking the account page, we recommend getting in touch with our Customer Support team. They have the best tools to help you look into this further, as we don't have access to users accounts here on the forum.
