If you have access to your Spotify account, you can check that on your account page or in the mobile app's settings.
Tip: you can also access your account page from the Community by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner > Account:
In case you can't log in, since you forgot your login details, you can reset your password by trying out all possible email addresses you could've used during the sign up process.
