Como se cual es el correo electronico de la cuenta

Buenas me paso lo siguiente, cree una cuenta de spotify la puse premium, pero resulta ser que puse mal el mail, quisera saber como saber cual es el correo de un usuario porque la contraseña me la se, lo que no se es el correo ya que lo puse mal.

ese es el usuario al cual coloque mal el user.

You can check the email address registered on your account by clicking on your display name in the upper right corner of the desktop app > Account. You can also edit it from there as well. For more info, take a look at this FAQ.

Also, this info is now displayed in the mobile app by heading to Settings > Account > Email.

Deberías poder consultar la dirección de correo electrónico asociada a tu cuenta en la página de tu cuenta de Spotify. Si no puedes iniciar sesión y no estás segura de qué correo electrónico utilizaste, te recomendaría realizar un análisis rápido de las cuentas de correo electrónico que posees para los correos electrónicos de "hello@spotify.com". De esa manera puedes determinar con cuál te registraste en Spotify. También recomendaría consultar este artículo de soporte para obtener más ayuda.

Hola necesito recuperar mi cuenta de spotify premium pero no me llegan los correo y no encuentro la opción de recuperar la con mi número de teléfono ustedes me podrían ayudar?

Could you check this FAQ thread for possible steps to recover your Premium account?

The mentioned FAQ thread aims to help our users get back to their accounts, if they don't know particular login details. If you know your username you should be able to use it in the password reset field here and check all your possible email addresses and their Spam folders as well.

You can log in to your account if you use both the username and your password (if you remember it). If you need to reset your password, then you'll need to locate the email linked to your account.

As mentioned previously in this thread, you can follow the steps in this article to find your log-in details. You can also try:

• Go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.
• There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these. Your Premium account may be linked to one of these options as well.

If you can't locate the email linked to your account, you can always contact our Customer Support team, so they can help you with further insights. You can find out how to contact them here.
