Company pays for Premium, how do I change my country?

I signed up for Spotify for free a while ago; now my cell phone company is paying for Spotify Premium. The only problem is that it says I'm in Finland, which is where I created the account but not where I live. 

There are a lot of tracks that aren't available in Finland, so I want to change this? I can't enter my payment info because then I'd have to pay for it myself

You should be able to change your country from your online profile provided your IP address geo-locates to the country you are trying to change it to.
