Completely Locked out of account










My Question or Issue

I used to use Spotify a lot but took a break.  When trying to log back in using Facebook, it doesn't let me. The different things I've tried:
1. Choose Log In with Facebook - 

Error: You do not have a Spotify account connected to your Facebook account.

Code: 1003
2.  Choose Join with Facebook - 

Error: Server error. Please try again later.

Code: 2000

3. Log in regularly but with Facebook credentials

Incorrect Password

4. Sign up with email used for Facebook account

An account already exists for this email


1 and 4 obviously are conflicting.  This doesn't make sense.

I've gone to my account settings on Facebook and have removed the Spotify connection.  Still no luck.

I can't even log into the spotify website.  I even had to set up a new account to just make this post.


If I can, I just want someone to completely remove any record of my account from the database so I can start fresh.
