Completely Unable to Login to Spotify across platforms

Hey, so I am about to cry.

I have not been able to login to spotify on my phone, desktop, or browser.

- I have tried facebook login which does not work
- I have tried username login which failed
- I have tried resetting my password via email address and was told that my username is unrecognized
- I cannot even login through the website to view my account to make sure payment/details are correct (even then wouldn't I just be downgraded?).
- My email to support has not been returned.

This site is the only place so far that my account seems to go through so I am hoping for any help whatsoever.

Are you still having login issues? If so, do you happen to have that case # that was created?
