Complicated problem with Region options

Hi,

 

I've got a very odd problem which is preventing me from using Spotify on my mobile device.

 

Here is the issue: I'm not sure why, despite living in Spain my ISP is assigning me an american IP. Currently this is my IP:

149.100.9.168  which is located in Kansas.

 

Well, so when I registered into Spotify I was assigned automatically my region to USA, but I don't live in USA, and when I try to log in from my device, since it uses an Spanish IP, it says I'm logging from a different country and I can't access.

 

I'd like to know if there is some way to fix this and begin using Spotify in my mobile device.

Try logging into this page to change the country on your account:

https://www.spotify.com/accounts/profile/

 

Otherwise you could try contacting support so they chan change the country for you:

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/
