Wanted to express my thanks to the customer service from Aileen G this morning in sorting out an issue with my account. I was amazed at how easy it was to chat with one of the team and how they were able to easily assist my issue - for info, I was unable to sign into the app and because I set it up years ago, I forgot which email address I had to reset it.

A lot of other companies could take a positive note from your service. Thanks!
