What exactly do you see on your end when you try to change these settings? Try this as shown here on various devices and if you don't see the correct settings, send us some screenshots so we can investigate this further.

si notas y te das cuenta el ojo aparece con una equis de que no se puede ver el perfil desde otras cuentas y ya lo comprobé entonces aún no puedo ya intenté lo que me dijiste pero no

If you've tried changing the privacy settings on mobile and you don't see this reflected on your profile, try doing it from a desktop device (or vice versa).
