Hi!
The Spotify app (Android) asked me to confirm my email address which I did, well, tried at least.. When changing from the one who already was registered (I guess) to the one I'm using daily, Spotify said it was already used. (?) Now I'm wondering if I should just let it be, or do something about it?

Hi, can you please clarify your problem more? Because from what you have written it seems that the email you are trying to add to the Spotify account has already been added to done other Spotify account. You can't have two Spotify account with the same email id.
