This has nothing to do with your "Spotify subscription".

 

You got this email because by default, these forums will send you an email if someone replies to your thread.

 

You can simply delete the email.

If you wish not to receive these - just edit your own preferences here on the forum, to not wanting any emails by clicking my settings -> subscription & bookmarks -> and for example remove the tick from "Notify me for my own posts and replies" and "Automatically subscribe me to topics I participate in"
