Confusing Spotify account sign-up process

While it is true that you no longer need Facebook to use Spotify, the sign up page is really confusing because the Facebook plugin in it has not been altered in any way. The Facebook plugin still thinks that Facebook is the only method of signing up for Spotify and it has to be fixed because it's causing serious confusion.

When logged out of Facebook, the plugin gives you a message "You need a Facebook account to register for Spotify". It also has a Facebook account creation button which should not be there. As it is right now, "Create an account" creates a new FACEBOOK account and "Create an account using my e-mail address" creates you a SPOTIFY account.

When logged in to Facebook, it's even worse. It presents you a fake sign-up form which has been designed to mislead users into thinking that they are creating a Spotify account. In reality, pressing the Register button connects your Facebook account to Spotify and tells you to log in using Facebook. It also locks your email address from the email registration route because it is now reserved by the Facebook account.

You really need to improve. There's no reason to worship Facebook so much.
