Confusion with Spotify Social!

Hello!

I was recently on Spotify logged in to my account on my friends computer. I signed up to the spotify social where at the time I thought I was logged in to my facebook. When the screen loaded the people list was a combination of friends from both our facebook accounts. Now that I log in to spotify on my own computer I only get her friends listed on the People List and in the top right of the screen I see her profile picture and full name.

Does this make any sense? Is there a way I can get it to connect properly to my facebook??
