Connect Telekom Music Flat with Spotify Account

Hi Spotify,

i want to connect my telekom music flat with my spotify account. i´ve got 4 days left for premium abo. how can i delete my premium abo immediately? i can not connect my telekom account with my spotify account as long as i got 4 premium days left.....

There is no way you can end a subscription early from your online account, but the Spotify support team should be able to do it for you. There are several ways to get in touch with them!

If you have Twitter, following and dropping a Tweet to @SpotifyCares (English), @SpotifyAyuda (Spanish) or @SpotifyAjuda (Portuguese) is often the fastest way to get a reply and they can deal with the majority of issues excluding payment/billing issues.

Alternatively, you can email them (in any language) using the online contact form. There is also a special contact form if you can't remember your login details or the email address on your account is incorrect. The contact form support team should be able to handle absolutely any issue you are having!

When getting in touch via the contact forms, if you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the support agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

i´ve been waiting for an answer about 17 hours. i´ve asked my question over the "Only Contact Form" and nothing happened....

i´ve opened a case via support formular and nothing happened... now i copied the content from my case into the reply email and....

...i´m still waiting for a, yeah i´m still waiting for a.... iiii´am still waiting for an answer....

Could you post your 8-digit case number? I can poke someone to chase it up for you.

My old premium account is expired. Now i could connect my free spotify account with my telekom account and all is fine. i´ve got no answer to my question via contact form. this is very poor. i´ve had to be waiting for x-days until my prem is expired.... this is not user friendly...
