Connect to facobook

Hi, 

Previously (2y a go) I connected Facebook to an old profile.

today I created a new profile and subscribed to family. I wanted to connect to Facebook, but I couldn’t, so I try to log out and login using Facebook, becouse I can’t my old profile info.. but I couldn’t connect with Facebook, was saying profile expire after 14 days ... something like this.

i need help please, I need help to connect the new actual profile to the my Facebook

Hey @6apollo9, welcome to the community!

Sounds like both accounts are still active, that's why you can't link your Facebook to the new one.

In this case, you can log in here with Facebook, and close the account. Please doublecheck the account is Free before closing it to avoid closing the wrong one by mistake.

Once this is done, you'll be able to link the account with the Family plan to Facebook without any trouble.
