My Question or Issue
Music played in Spotify is not audible in earphones while audio from other apps is clear in same earphones. What should i do?

Could you restart the device, log out and log back in again to check if anything changes?
If that doesn't help, we'd suggest you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall. This one is more through than the usual one.
Just to double-check-does this happen only when your phone is connected to the headphones or this occurs also without the headphones?
